US EPA Issues an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Related to Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The USEPA issued an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking related to greenhouse gas emissions.  According to Massachusetts v. EPA, the EPA is authorized to regulate green house gasses under the Clean Air Act.  Comments will be accepted for 120 days after being published in the Federal Register.
