California Releases FINAL Scoping Plan for GHG Emission Reduction

California 's Air Resources Board has released its FINAL DRAFT Scoping Plan. The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32) requires the ARB to prepare a Scoping Plan to achieve reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in California . The initial draft scoping plan was released in June. For a summary, click here. The final proposed plan released reflects additional analysis, and public input that ARB has received over the past several months. The Scoping Plan will be considered by the Board at its December meeting.
