California Issues Reports on Benefits of Climate Change Regulation

September 17, 2008: The California Air Resources Board released two reports that analyze how implementing California's AB 32 climate change law will provide net benefits to California's economy and public health under the draft Scoping Plan. The draft Scoping Plan outlines how California will reduce greenhouse gases 30 percent by 2020, as required under AB 32.
