Timing
First licensing is still on plan for July, 2010. The next ILSAC/OIL meeting will be held October 28th, 2008 in

Membership Updates
Bob Olree, GM, Chair of ILSAC/OIL will retire 10/31/2008 and Tracey King of Chrysler will assume the chair.
Hannah Murray has stepped down as the ILSAC representative for JAMA and Teri Kowalski will replace her.
Test Updates
Sequence VID
ILSAC/OIL voted to have ASTM PCEOCP finish the development of the Sequence VID Fuel Economy Test.

Sequence VG
ILSAC accepted 15% Oil Screen Clogging but insisted that Average Rocker Sludge be increased to 8.3 merits minimum from 8.0.
Sequence IIIGB (% Phosphorous Retention)
This test will be turned over to the PCEOCP to complete ASTM test development. Calculation and basic test method decided upon but Pass/Fail limit is still under discussion.
ROBO/ IIIGA
ROBO is a bench test being considered as an alternative to the Sequence IIIGA for aged low temperature pumpability and development continues. ROBO is in a 7 lab 10 test apparatus Round Robin and the results will be shared at the next ILSAC/OIL meeting.
E-85 Emulsion Retention Test
Development is to be handled by the ASTM PCEOCP. Pass/Fail criteria is no water separation after 24 hours.
Fresh Oil Foaming
No progress - still under discusion
Elastomers
AEM-1 volume change and is now -5% to +30%.
Turbo (TEOST 33C)
Chrysler is developing data to justify test inclusion and limits.
HUEI
Still under discussion.
