A meeting of the ASTM PCEOCP VID Matrix Design and Funding Subgroup was held via teleconference on April 3, 2008.  The Subgroup recommends to the PCEOCP Committee how the Precision Matrix for the Sequence VID fuel economy test should be run and how the costs are shared.  The results of the teleconference are summarized below.

The Subgroup reviewed four draft letters that will be sent out the week of April 7th to the VID Consortium, PCEOCP, API, and ILSAC in support of the Sequence VID Precision Matrix test.

The objective of the letter to be sent to the VID Consortium is to request the Consortium for project dates for release of the engine test stand design information and Consortium completion
